Vannamei King Prawn (Blue Ocean) | Peeled & Deveined IQF or Block Frozen
Known for their texture and colour, Vannamei are native to the tropical marine habitats of the Eastern Pacific. Sustainably produced, using accredited suppliers only, through the closed pond system of aquaculture.
Available in 13-15, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-40 pieces per lb. This product comes packaged in 10 x 1kg boxes and 6 x 800g block.
Wild Atlantic Prawn
Also known as Argentinian Red Shrimp, this product is wild caught from the cold waters of the South Atlantic single frozen and free of all chemicals. This product is renowned for its red colouring as well as its sweetness and flavour.
Available in 50-70 or 70-90 pieces per kilogram. This product comes packaged in 10 x 1kg boxes.
IQF Cod Fillets | Skinless Boneless, Atlantic & Pacific
Due to the rapid freezing technique, flavour and texture is maintained on each individual fillet. This product is a whole natural fillet and does not contain any additives.
Available in 7/8 oz, 8/10 oz & 10/12 oz fillets.
Frozen at Sea Cod Fillets | Skinless
Processed, filleted and frozen on board immediately to ensure the highest quality.
Available in 5-8oz, 8-16oz, 16-32oz and 32+oz fillets.
Skinless Smoked Coley
Harvested from the North Sea, coley is a more sustainable member of the Cod family. The smoking process gives this product a firm texture and rich taste.
Available in 1-2lb fillets, this product comes in 6.35kg cartons.
